Unknown Harrier +O.C+

A work in progress. One of the characters in a project I'm working on (I'll post it when I complete it)

Cuz today is my birthday, I feel I have to celebrate, by showing my char. that I've been keeping to myself for awhile.

Brief bio:
A harrier type creature that somehow mutated, other harriers feel conflicted towards him, since they are not normally intelligent and aren't sure if he's prey or one of their own.

He possess the same abilities as the other harriers, which is high speed, sharp limbs and claws which can stretch out and grow in size/strength. Uniquely to him, he has a extra mouth part which is used as a weapon and houses his "heart-I.D"( a Harrier's weak spot, but also a means which other can reconize each other.)
